Why is my parcel missing items?

The delivery note in the parcel you've received will detail all the items that should be included in it.

Sometimes your order will be split into a number of different packages so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different locations.

Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.

If an item is listed on the packing slip that isn’t in the parcel, please contact Customer Services here who will be able to assist you.
