When will I receive my refund?

It can take up to 18 working days for returned parcels to reach us, as the freepost returns label is a second class delivery service.

Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the registered address and your card will then be credited.

If you sent your goods back to us via Collect+ click here and enter the 7 digit tracking code from the receipt you received when you dropped the item at the Collect+ shop.
