How can I track my delivery?


On despatch of your items we will send you an order despatch email, to let you know that your card has been debited and your order is on its way.

To track your order you can click on the link in the despatch email. You are able to track your order online within 24 hours of the order despatch email being sent.

If your order is being sent from a store, you may receive notification that your order is delayed if the courier hasn’t collected your parcel from the branch within 3 days.

We are also aware that our couriers are incurring slight delays due to the high volume of parcels passing through their network.

If your order arrives after the chosen delivery time scale, please get in touch by clicking here  and we will be happy to reimburse any delayed delivery costs.
