I have received my order before the funds were debited?

A systems error means you may have received your order before we took payment from your account.

You may have also received an email advising your order is being processed/despatched after you received your order. This is automatically triggered when payment is taken, however due to the small glitch, please ignore this email.

We're really sorry for the confusion. Rest assured, we've fixed the problem and you don't need to do anything at your end.
