How do I return my order?

You have 28 days from the despatch date (14 days for reduced or sale goods) to return your order for a full refund.


Within the returns period you can return online orders to our standalone store for an exchange or refund. Please take your returns/despatch and our team will be more than happy to process the refund for you. Once processed the funds can take up to 3-5 working days to clear and be available.


Simply post the item back to us using the freepost label that came with your parcel. Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel whilst requesting a certificate of postage at the post office (Please retain this until you have received your refund.)

When we receive your order we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your card will be credited. If you have paid for your order with a Gift Card, please allow 3-5 working days from receiving the e-mail confirmation to receive a new Gift Card in the post.

It can take up to 18 working days for orders to be returned to us via the free postal service, orders sent via Collect + take up to 7 working days to be returned.
